Internationella Engelska Skolan Linköping is a bilingual school for students in years 4-9. We encourage and support diversity in both students and staff. Our facility of teachers and non-teachers hail from a variety of countries from all over the world and the main form of communication between students, staff and parents is English.

At IES Linköping we teach using the Swedish national curriculum and up to half the education in our school is delivered through the English language by qualified teachers from English-speaking countries including Canada, the USA, and the UK.

Our Junior School students in years 4-6 are becoming more self-confident in their own abilities and are developing an awareness of the world around them. The older they get, the more eager they become to play a role in our community.

At the same time, our Senior School students in years 7-9 are preparing for wherever their story takes them next, whether it’s through further education or through other passions about emerging interests. They are preparing to write their next chapter and becoming positive members of society .

All of our students are discovering their own potential every day through our hard work at emphasizing the positive values of character, citizenship, and humanity.

At the end of the day, each of our students has unique gifts, abilities and dreams. That’s why our highly talented teachers design a wide array of learning experiences to promote learning through active inquiry and self-discovery.
