Welcome to IES Johanneberg

Dear Visitor,

I am delighted to welcome you to our website.
Internationella Engelska Skolan Johanneberg opened in 2013 and, now, eight years later, we have the pleasure to teach more than 560 students in Years 7-9.
Our main goal is that, by the end of Year 9, our students will be fully billingual as we teach in English and Swedish. Our staff members come from all over the world, which helps us understand different cultures and be more open and respectful towards each other.
Our students learn in a safe and orderly environment and we create high academic expecttions and aspirations, following our founder's, Barbara Bergstöm, views.
