About the owners

Since autumn 2020, IES is owned by Peutinger AB. Peutinger AB is a Swedish limited company backed by approximately a dozen owners consisting of funds, foundations and families.

The largest owner is Paradigm Capital, but the founder of IES, Barbara Bergström, is one of the three largest owners via her foundation The Hans and Barbara Bergström Foundation. Paradigm Capital was founded in 2007 by Swedish born Jan Hummel and primarily invests in Nordic listed companies. Paradigm Capital’s investments are long-term, ideally in high quality service companies. Other large investments in Sweden include Instalco AB and Jetpak AB. Paradigm Capital has been a shareholder in IES since the company was first listed on the stock exchange in 2016.

IES was delisted from Nasdaq Stockholm in December 2020 after a mandatory public offer.
